Return and Refund Policy
- 30-Day Return Policy: Returns are accepted for 30 days from item receipt to request a return.
- Eligibility for Return: To qualify for a return, your item must be in the original condition, with tags, and in its original packaging. You should also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Initiating a Return: Start a return by contacting us at usygo1@gmail.com . After approval, we'll send you a return label and instructions for sending your package so you get free return shipping. Please note that returns without prior request won't be accepted.
- Damages and Issues: Inspect your order immediately. If it's damaged, defective, or incorrect, let us know promptly, and we'll make it right.
- Exceptions: Some items aren't eligible for returns, including perishable goods, custom products, personalized items, and personal care products.
- Sale Items and Gift Cards: We can't accept returns for certain sale items and gift cards.
- Refunds: After receiving and inspecting your return, we'll notify you about the refund status. If approved, your original payment method will be refunded within 10 business days. Keep in mind, your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.
- Unique Products: Our items are unique and made to order. Therefore, returns and exchanges aren't available for size, color, or changes of mind. But if the product is damaged or there's a manufacturing error, we accept exchange or refund if you contact us within 30 days of delivery.
- Final sale items: We do not accept returns for final sale items.
