Shipping Policy

Free Shipping to Canada & USA

We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders across Canada and the United States. No minimum purchase is required. At this time, we exclusively ship to these two countries to ensure the best possible service and delivery speeds.

Delivery Timeframe

To provide you with the most accurate delivery estimate, we calculate our delivery time based on two stages:

1. Handling Time (Processing & Production):

  • All orders: 2–5 business days.
  • Every USYGO piece is printed on demand specifically for you. This allows us to ensure the highest quality while reducing environmental waste from overproduction.

2. Transit Time (Shipping):

  • Canada: 2–5 business days.
  • United States: 2–5 business days.

Total Estimated Delivery: 4–10 business days for all destinations in Canada and the USA.

Note: Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding statutory holidays. Delivery times are estimates provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed.


Local Production & Order Routing

To ensure the fastest delivery possible, USYGO uses smart order routing.

  • Canadian Orders: Whenever possible, orders are dispatched from our partner facilities within Canada to reduce transit time.
  • USA Orders: Orders are dispatched from our partner facilities within the United States. This minimizes shipping delays and ensures a seamless experience for our North American customers.

Order Tracking

You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves the production facility. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking link to activate.

Address Accuracy & Responsibility

Please verify your shipping address at checkout. USYGO is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at contact@usygo.com. We can only update the address if the order has not yet entered production.

Lost or Returned Packages

  • Returned to Sender: If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees may apply.
  • Lost Packages: If your package hasn’t arrived within 5 business days after the estimated delivery window, please contact us so we can investigate with the carrier.

Customs & Duties

Because we prioritize local routing within Canada and the USA, customers will not incur additional customs fees for orders delivered within these countries.
