We offer free shipping worldwide on all orders. No minimum purchase required.
Delivery Timeframe (Handling + Transit)
To give our customers the most accurate delivery estimate, we break down our process into two parts:
1. Order Processing & Production (Handling Time):
- All orders: 2–5 business days.
- Since we operate on a print-on-demand model, each item is custom-printed for you after the order is placed.
2. Estimated Shipping Times (Transit Time):
- United States: 3–8 business days.
- Canada, Australia & Rest of the World: 10–30 business days.
Total Estimated Delivery: Handling Time + Transit Time.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding statutory holidays.
Order Tracking
Tracking information is provided for all orders as soon as it becomes available. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking link to update.
Address Accuracy & Responsibility
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
USYGO is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If you notice a mistake, contact us immediately at contact@usygo.com; we may be able to update it if the order has not yet entered production.
Lost or returned packages
- Returned to Sender: If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees may apply to send it again.
- Lost Packages: If your package exceeds the estimated delivery window by more than 5 business days, please contact us so we can investigate with the carrier.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or import taxes once the shipment reaches your country. These charges are determined by local authorities and are the sole responsibility of the customer. USYGO is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
