1. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, has a printing defect, or if you received the wrong item/size due to our error, we will provide a replacement or full refund.
- Action required: Contact us at contact@usygo.com within 14 days of delivery.
- Evidence: Please include clear photos of the issue and your order number.
2. Returns & Change of Mind
We want you to love your purchase. If you change your mind or wish to return an item:
- Return Window: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Exclusions: We cannot accept returns for items that show signs of wear or improper care.
3. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return or refund, email us at contact@usygo.com. We will provide you with the return shipping address and instructions. Please do not send items back to the manufacturer without contacting us first.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Method: Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method.
- Processing Time: Please allow 5–10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
5. Address Errors & Sizing
Sizing: Please consult our Size Charts before ordering. Since products are made to order, exchanges for incorrect size selection may incur a restocking or reshipping fee.
Incorrect Address: USYGO is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us, reshipping fees will apply.
